UNDERTALE Dialogue Creator is a creation tool, that allows you to create your own customized, animated Undertale dialogues. There are plenty of characters to choose from, and thousands of combinations can be made.
It is useful for video editing, as it includes a "green screen" feature that lets you use your creations in anything you want to make. Or, you can just have fun with it!
